Frequently asked questions
... and their answers
What is a Plexiframe?
PlexiFrame displays standard 12-inch vinyl album sleeves. Current frames measure 37.5 × 37.5 cm externally. Outer dimensions are not the usable sleeve size. For thick, oversized or gatefold sleeves, please check compatibility with us before ordering. Gatefold inserts are currently unavailable.
Can you easily change albums?
Yes. The top middle section of the Plexiframe is removable, allowing you to switch out albums hassle-free while maintaining the frame's integrated look.
Will my albums become sun-bleached?
Keep your records away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to help preserve the artwork and vinyl. We do not currently promise a specific UV-blocking percentage or protection against all fading.
Do I need any tools to assemble my Plexiframe on the wall?
You will need a level, screwdriver and drill. Each frame uses four wall mounts. Check that the supplied screws and wall plugs are suitable for your wall, and use appropriate fixings where needed.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order. See our return and refund policy for instructions. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Where do you ship to?
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping service. For a current delivery estimate, or if no shipping option is available for your address, contact support@plexiframe.com before ordering.
What is the PlexiFrame made of?
