30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days after receiving your order to tell us that you want to return it, without giving a reason. Email support@plexiframe.com or use our withdrawal form. Include your order number so we can help.

We will provide return instructions and the correct return destination. Do not send goods to the former Danish address or our registered office without instructions. Your notice is effective when sent; it does not depend on us approving it. Please send the goods back within 30 days of your notice.

Return postage and condition

You cover change-of-mind return postage unless we agreed otherwise for your order. Contact us about a return label and its cost before using one. Please pack the goods securely. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. Any deduction for diminished value must reflect handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged, incorrect or defective goods

Contact support@plexiframe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve it. We cover necessary return costs for a valid defect or incorrect-item claim. Your statutory rights, including applicable two-year defect rights, are unaffected.

Statutory withdrawal and refunds

Eligible EU consumer purchases include a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our 30-day guarantee extends the time to notify us. For withdrawal, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For a full statutory withdrawal, the refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra cost for a more expensive option you selected is not refundable. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

Commitments and more favourable rights attached to existing orders remain in effect. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
