Payment and prices

We ship to every country within the European Union. For shipments outside of the union, please contact us by email.
Free shipping on all orders.
Delivery time within Sweden is 1 - 3 work days.
Delivery time to the rest of the EU is 2 - 5 work days

14 days right of withdrawal applies to all products from the time you receive the product.
You always have the right to return your products for whatever reason within the 14 day period.
In case of returns, please send the product back to Lundbygatan 10, 62141, Visby, Sweden, in it's original package.

We offer a lifetime warranty to our Plexiframes.
If the product is defected or in any other way unusable, you have the right to a refund.
In the case of returns, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping.
In the case of defect, or any other issue on the part of Plexiframe, we will pay for the shipping.

We only use the personal data you provide to enable delivery. This is archived once your order is delivered, and the customer file is cleared annually, to facilitate any returns.
If you want us to delete your customer data earlier, you can contact us by email at any time and we will do so.
We do not share any of your personal data, including the email address you provided to receive our newsletter. You can at any time ask to be unsubscribed from the newsletter.
