Terms and Conditions for Plexiframe

Payment
Plexiframe accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of Amount
When using a payment card, both debit and credit, an amount corresponding to your purchase will be reserved. The amount remains reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the funds are charged to your account. The reservation period depends on the product or service.
Authorization on Debit Cards
With debit cards, you will see that the amount is reserved on your account and that your available balance is reduced. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel the order, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation may remain in effect for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can remove the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards
The funds will only be withdrawn from your account and appear on your statement once the webshop processes and captures the payment for your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing:
Denmark – Euros (EUR).
Plexiframe uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by third parties.
Plexiframe’s own website also uses SSL encryption.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 2–6 days.
Plexiframe ships goods with:
- DAO (Pick up points)
- DAO (Home delivery)
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
You can choose between delivery “without home delivery” or “with home delivery”.
You will always receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to you.
Plexiframe is responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day full right of return on items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery, and the returned goods must reach us no later than 30 days after you have informed us of your decision.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to support@plexiframe.com. Your message must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you may examine the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal you will receive a partial refund or no refund of the purchase amount. The assessment of the item’s condition is at Plexiframe’s discretion.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in software, materials, and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects must be reported to Plexiframe within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Plexiframe covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Parcels sent COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal data and do not disclose your personal data to others. Your data is only registered in our customer database. You can have your data deleted at any time.
To enter into an agreement with Plexiframe, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with Plexiframe and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, this always happens with your explicit consent, so you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and employees of Plexiframe have access to the information registered about you.
The data controller at Plexiframe is: Hyggetimen ApS.
We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form.
As a registered customer with Plexiframe, you have the right to object to the registration and the right of access to the data registered about you. These rights follow from the Danish Data Protection Act. Requests should be sent to support@plexiframe.com.
Log Statistics
We use log statistics on plexiframe.com, meaning a statistical system collects information that can create a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and which pages are exited, etc.
Log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Plexiframe’s website.

Complaints
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute, and if no solution is found, you can refer the case to the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, the item or service must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000 to be eligible for complaint. For clothing and footwear, the minimum price is DKK 720. These thresholds may change. A fee applies for submitting a complaint.
