When does the right of withdrawal not apply?

The right of withdrawal applies to most goods, but as a rule not to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
